Originally designed as an acoustic tile experiment, Lady in Sundress (with no arms) marries organic curved forms together in composition. Three different levels and scales of detail embedded within the ceramic tiles are reactive towards varying wavelengths of sound. A gradient from micro to macro geometry (Amount of glaze, loops and overall geometry) responds to Treble, Mid, and Bass wavelengths in order to either absorb or reflect the sound.
